Cadgwith

Cadgwith is a tiny fishing cove on the eastern side of the Lizard peninsula — thatched cottages, hauled-up crabbers, and a shingle slipway where the day-boats still land lobster and crab. A working village more than a picture-book one, it's been catching fish from the same few boats for centuries. The Cadgwith Cove Inn above the slip keeps the evenings warm. An arrival by sea from Coverack, or on foot from the South West Coast Path, makes the approach.
